Join Helen Theodosiou in making these classic Greek treats.

We will work with filo to prepare and make baklava, a popular Greek pastry with walnuts and cinnamon. We will also make Greek shortbread (kourabiethes) and if time permits, a popular quick and easy yogurt, walnut and honey treat often served in restaurants and homes throughout Greece.

Since this is an online course, you will be able to watch from the comfort of home and if you choose, prepare one of these sweets from your own kitchen. An ingredient list will be sent to participants ahead of the class.

This class will meet on Wednesday, September 23 from 5:00-7:00pm via Zoom. Tuition: $45.
